The sixth edition of the “Laudato Si'” Contest: here’s the announcement
Here you are, your chance has finally arrived!
If, like us, you are deeply concerned about the future of the planet and everyone who inhabits it, then create an original and unpublished short film and participate in the “Laudato Si’” Contest organized by the Istituto Massimo, which is now in its sixth edition this year!
This project aims to promote the message of Pope Francis’ Encyclical “Laudato Si’“, in which the Holy Father calls for ecological reflection and conversion, and encourages the adoption of a culture of care. The short film should revolve around the themes of the Encyclical, as well as the specific theme of this year’s competition, which is “Right to Life – Demographic Growth for Integral and Solidary Development“.
The social objectives of the project align with Ignatian values and the educational model, which is why the competition fits seamlessly into the educational proposal of schools within the network. The initiative is indeed aimed at students in the first two years of any school within the network and involves creating an original and unpublished short film, which will then be submitted to and evaluated by a technical committee composed of communication professionals to ensure the utmost impartiality.
The official announcement is out today, October 4th: download it here to take a look at the criteria and requirements for participation.
Good luck!
