On February 19, 2019, Father General Arturo Sosa promulgated “The Universal Apostolic Preferences” for the entire Society of Jesus.

These preferences are the result of the nearly two-year work of a delegation to which representatives from all members of the Society of Jesus globally and many lay collaborators were invited to participate. They guide and inspire all of the Society’s works and actions around the world for the 2019-2029 decade.
