Our pedagogy strongly believes in the high educational value of sport, inserted in the vision of man proper to Ignatian spirituality.

The Foundation therefore offers its support and accompaniment by enhancing the living experience of many sports realities present next to our schools or even in an autonomous and specialized way.

Sports centers are a privileged place where one can meet young people and accompany them on a path of significant growth. For this reason, they are today a very interesting expression of the educational apostolate of the Society of Jesus, which goes beyond traditional boundaries and meets the new generations starting from the places of their interests and their spontaneous aggregation.

Thanks to the Foundation, the mission of the single sports centers can become a “shared mission” among different realities, arriving at the realization of a platform of values and operational models that can give a sense and a high meaning common to all the centers close to the Society of Jesus that can propose “Ignatian sport” as a tool for the integral formation of the human person

The presence in the Euro-Mediterranean Province of the Society of Jesus of significant sports realities both within the structures of the schools of our Jesuit Education Network and in the form of sports organizations linked to the charism of the Society, suggest that we reflect deeply on the purpose, meaning and way in which these realities should be thought of and managed according to a series of common general guidelines rooted in the tradition of the Society of Jesus.

Centro Schuster ASD and SSD Leone XIII Sport of Milan have been participants in the Jesuit Education Foundation for some time and are active and significant participants in all network initiatives and projects.
